Enviromate Plumbing & Roofing are fantastic. From the first point of contact over the phone to coming out as soon as possible with no call out fee until work starts was awesome, everyone was pleasant, I highly recommend them. Our plumber Scott was very knowledgeable plus works fast and most importantly spoke to us about the best course of action, before starting. It's hard to find good plumbers that don't try to rip you off, but that's not the case with Enviromate Plumbing, I won't use anyone else now. Everything was explained up front no hidden cost and trustworthy. Thank you very much Enviromate Plumbing & Roofing I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone that ask if I know a good plumber. 😀

Replaced our HWS right before Christmas. The service was as prompt and efficient as you would like. From the 1st call I made within an hour we had the old system being removed and replaced. The service was friendly and helpful with the advice received regarding the size of the system we would need. Did not try to oversell. Great prompt service and would definitely recommend. 👍👍

It was a reasonably seamless process from go to whoa. Website was easy to navigate and to obtain a quote. Based on research the quote seemed to be within normal expectations. Acceptance of the wuote was easy to arrange and setting up a delivery date and time similarly no problem. They came at the expected time, got the system in place and installed it without any issues. All involved were polite and respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

I enquired about a new hot water system via facebook at 2am on night shift and was contacted by the owner before 9am the same morning. New hot water system was installed by lunchtime. Gavin explained in detail the causes to my problem very thoroughly and quoted me over the phone. Very professional and the companys customer service is extraordinary. Would highly recommend these guys. This company is an asset to the plumbing industry. No fuss and excellent prompt service. Thank you

Very pleasant on the phone, and gave great advice. Offered to come on same day to fix my water heater problem, and did just that without any fuss. Fast, efficient, and reasonable rate. I was really happy with friendly service, and have no hesitation in recommending Enviromate Plumbing.

From the minute Gavin turned up, I felt I was in good hands. I was given an accurate Quote, not an ‘estimate’ and was kept well informed every step of the way. In order to do the work the team had to dismantle a number of fences and navigate landscaping and a significant slope. The work was done with great care and respect, again clear communications about everything that was happening. When the job was done, the fences were all put back perfectly, landscaping looked pristine, they even scrubbed our pool tiles clean! I highly recommend Enviromate plumbing to anyone who will listen!!
